Where This Came From
SheetApp.ai started from a real, specific pain. Business people — salespeople, recruiters, ops managers, analysts — spend enormous amounts of time doing something that should take seconds: cleaning spreadsheets.
A trade show badge scan comes back with 300 contacts. Half have missing emails. Thirty are duplicates. The formatting is all over the place. Before anyone can send a single email, someone has to sit down and clean the file manually in Excel.
We built SheetApp.ai because that work should be done by AI, not by people. The first version focuses on sales lead lists — but the underlying problem is the same everywhere: business data is messy, and cleaning it manually is a waste of skilled people's time.
What We're Building
SheetApp.ai is not a CSV editor. It's not a spreadsheet tool. It's not Excel with AI bolted on. It's an AI operator layer that sits between your raw data and the work you need to do with it.
Right now it does one thing really well: it takes a messy CSV, scores every row, finds the problems, surfaces the best leads, and lets you ask questions about your data in plain English. When you're done, you can export a cleaned file, a shareable PDF, or a CRM-ready dataset — all in under a minute.
We're starting with sales lead lists because it's the most common, most painful, and most time-wasting spreadsheet problem in business. More use cases are coming.
How We Build
- Real problem first — We built this because we had the problem, not because it seemed like a good AI use case.
