What SheetApp.ai does

SheetApp.ai is a web-based tool that analyzes CSV files, detects data quality issues, scores rows, and helps you export a cleaner version of your spreadsheet. The service is provided as-is. Results are based on AI analysis which may not be 100% accurate. Always review your data before using it for business decisions.

Product description

SheetApp.ai offers three service tiers:

• Free — Upload and analyze any CSV. Includes AI scoring, duplicate detection, email validation, missing value analysis, priority leads view, and Ask This Data. No account required.
• Export Unlock ($9, one-time per upload) — Unlocks CSV export, PDF report, and CRM-ready file export for a single upload session. Delivered instantly upon payment.
• SheetApp Pro ($19/month) — Unlimited exports on every file you upload. Subscription renews monthly until canceled. Requires an account.

Payments

• Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• The $9 Export Unlock applies to your current upload session. It is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.
• The SheetApp Pro subscription ($19/month) renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal accessible via "Manage billing" in the app header. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Customer service and support

For questions, billing issues, or technical problems, contact us at support@sheetapp.ai. We respond to every message, typically within one business day. For subscription cancellations you can use the self-service billing portal or email us and we will cancel it for you immediately.

Acceptable use

You may use SheetApp.ai to process spreadsheets that you own or have the right to use. You may not use SheetApp.ai to process data that you are not authorized to access, or for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

Your CSV is processed in-memory. Without an account, nothing is stored beyond your session. When signed in, your workspace is automatically saved so you can return to it — you can delete it any time from the Workspaces page. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You retain all rights to your data.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional for the one-time Export Unlock but required for SheetApp Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We use Clerk for authentication; their terms and privacy policy also apply.

Fulfillment policy

The Export Unlock is a digital product delivered instantly upon successful payment — no shipping or physical fulfillment. SheetApp Pro subscription benefits are available immediately after your subscription is confirmed. If you experience any delivery issues, contact support@sheetapp.ai and we will resolve it promptly.

Limitation of liability

SheetApp.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including errors in AI-generated analysis or export results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
