Lead List Dashboard

The main workspace after uploading a CSV. Shows the health score (0–100), key stats (total leads, duplicates found, missing emails, high-priority count), the AI summary, and a filterable table of all leads with scores.

  • Health score card
  • Stats overview row
  • AI-generated plain-English summary
  • Sortable, filterable lead table

AI Lead Scoring

Every row in your CSV gets a score from 0 to 100. The score reflects data completeness, field quality, and signals in the row. Color-coded score badges make it easy to spot high-value leads at a glance.

  • 0–100 score on every row
  • Color-coded: green (80+), blue (65+), yellow (50+), red (<50)
  • Sorted by score by default
  • Click any lead to see score breakdown

Duplicate Detection

SheetApp finds exact and near-duplicate contacts automatically — even when names are spelled differently or companies are capitalized inconsistently. Duplicate rows are flagged inline with a badge and grouped for easy review.

  • Exact match detection
  • Near-duplicate matching (same name, different formatting)
  • Inline "Duplicate" badge on each flagged row
  • Duplicate count in the stats bar

Missing Value Analysis

SheetApp surfaces every lead with missing critical fields — no email, no phone, no company, no name. Missing values are highlighted inline in the table so you can quickly spot which rows need enrichment before your CRM import.

  • Missing email highlighted in red
  • Missing name, phone, company flagged inline
  • Invalid email format highlighted in amber
  • Missing count in the stats bar

Priority Leads View

A focused view of your top prospects — sorted by score, filtered to show only the leads most worth contacting first. No noise, no missing-email rows, no duplicates — just the highest-value, most complete contacts.

Ask This Data

Ask any question about your spreadsheet in plain English. SheetApp answers with cited evidence from the actual rows — not a generic summary, but a specific answer with row references.

Example question:

"Who should I call first?"

"Ahmed Hassan at Cyberdyne (score 88, $60K deal, IT Director) and Carlos Ramirez at Initech (score 82, $45K deal, CTO). Both have complete contact information and are already in Qualified status."

Export Options

Three export formats available with the $9 Export Unlock or Pro subscription: cleaned CSV (normalized, scored, CRM-ready), PDF report (one-page shareable summary), and CRM export (custom field mapping for HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo).

  • Cleaned CSV download
  • PDF report with health score and top leads
  • CRM export with saved field mapping presets
