Where This Came From
SheetApp.ai started from a specific problem. Salespeople, recruiters, ops managers, and analysts spend too much time cleaning spreadsheets.
A trade show badge scan can return 300 contacts with missing emails, duplicate rows, and inconsistent formatting. Someone then has to clean the file manually before outreach.
We built SheetApp.ai to handle the repetitive parts of that work. The first version focuses on sales lead lists, where messy data and manual cleanup are common.
What We're Building
SheetApp.ai reviews CSV files and helps you prepare the data for the work that follows.
It takes a CSV, scores rows, identifies problems, puts higher-scoring leads first, and lets you ask questions about the data in plain English. You can then export a cleaned file, a PDF report, or a CRM-ready dataset when your plan allows.
We're starting with sales lead lists because messy lead data is a common, time-consuming spreadsheet problem. More use cases are coming.
How We Build
- Real problem first: We build for real spreadsheet problems.
- Your data stays private: CSV files are processed in-memory. We only store your list when you save a workspace; unsigned sessions store nothing.
- Clear limits: We describe what the product does and what it does not do.
- Transparent pricing: Analyze a file before choosing a plan. Export access depends on your plan.
