Refund & Cancellation Policy

Export Unlock, $9 one-time
All sales are final. Each $9 payment unlocks CSV, PDF, and CRM exports for a single upload session. Because the export is delivered instantly upon payment, we do not issue refunds for completed purchases.
Exception: If your export failed to download, or you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving what you paid for, email support@sheetapp.ai within 7 days of purchase. Include your Stripe receipt or the email address you used at checkout. We will fix the problem or issue a full refund.
Starter and Business subscriptions
Starter is $19 per month and Business is $79 per month. These subscriptions follow the same monthly billing and cancellation terms as Pro: cancel before the next renewal in Stripe's Customer Portal, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.
If a duplicate charge, incorrect plan charge, or other billing error occurs, email support@sheetapp.ai within 7 days with the receipt and account email. We will review the charge and explain the available resolution.
SheetApp Pro, $39/month subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full Pro access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Exception: If you were charged in error, or a billing issue occurred that was not caused by your own action, email support@sheetapp.ai within 7 days of the charge. We will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
How to cancel Pro
- Sign in to SheetApp.ai with the account you used to subscribe.
- Upload any CSV to enter the workspace. Click "Manage billing" in the top-right nav, or look for it next to the Pro badge in the export section.
- Stripe's Customer Portal will open. Click "Cancel plan" and confirm. Your access continues until the period ends.
