What does Free include?

What is the Export Unlock?
Pay $9 once to unlock CSV, PDF, and CRM-ready exports for one processed upload.
What happens to my data?
Your CSV is processed in-memory. Without an account, nothing is stored beyond your session. When signed in, your workspace is saved automatically so you can return to it.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Cancel a monthly plan from the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. Access continues through the current billing period; unused time is not partially refunded.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
The Free plan does not require a card and includes three files per month with up to 500 rows per file. The $9 Export Unlock is a one-time purchase for one processed upload; it does not renew. Starter, Pro, and Business are monthly subscriptions that renew until canceled.
Cancel a monthly plan in Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while your paid access continues through the current billing period. Monthly plans are not partially refunded for unused time. Export Unlock purchases are generally final, but if a technical failure prevents delivery, contact support@sheetapp.ai within seven days with your receipt so we can resolve the issue or review a refund.
